I am enjoying my (fingers crossed) new/future career in humanitarian assistance. My focus is on measures of effectiveness and monitoring and evaluation. If you plan to come through DC as you decide your future, you know you've got a place to stay.
In truth, talking to people who "hate us" is the part of this job I enjoy the most. The admin side of it, however, does not play to any of my (admittedly limited) skill sets. I'm looking at a cone switch. We'll see how this plays out.

I'm with you, whatever you choose to do. I know you will do amazing things still!

for real? are you gonna stay in the service and switch cones or leave?
PD work is actually fun sometimes when it's in a country that doesn't hate you.

Fly high, Katie!
Thanks. Though if you're talking about the Basant Festival, the Punjab Chief Minister outlawed that some time ago.
Rectify!
